Horace Lee graduated from the University of Washington in 1993 with a BA in Economics and a BS in Environmental Studies.  He received his MBA with a Certificate in Environmental Management from the University of Washington Business School in 1995.  Horace obtained his Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law in 2002.  

Horace is a member of the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA), the Loren Miller Bar Association and the King County Bar Association.  He is also a 2008 WSBA Institute Fellow.
